GUIDELINES TO PURCHASE ONITSUKA TIGER

So many emails received from friends in Philippine asking to check the shoes

I am trying to give you strict guidelines on the business and Onitsuka Tiger shoes

1.  I have put some reputable websites on my previous post and show you the market price. The cheapest price for OT shoes in the world may be USA with low import taxes there. If you are receiving a shoes cheaper than what sell in USA you need to QUESTION this
2. I am not telling all are fake but you need to have common sense, I know we trying to browse a cheap shoes. Again if this looks too good to be true please do not buy, unless you are do not mind to wear fake which will wear off within a year
3. All my shoes can be wear more than 3 years just the discolouration on the upper but do not have any problem with out sole being broken etc. Onitsuka tiger is good quality shoes therefore they are come with price.
4. Chinese manufacture has done their research based on article appear how to spot fake etc and their product if you only check online will be exactly the same, but once you received them you will notice the quality on material etc. Just do COD if you are within the country
5. I do not believe sellers that selling in instagram, facebook from Philippine that you send through to me in general if they can not provide me with details how they get the item if they claim they are Authentic. Some of them try to trick you with Original quality/AAA or something. Again ask your question to your vendor. 

I am not working with Onitsuka Tiger and I just try to help everyone to get the authentic shoes that you want it. We can not stop the Chinese manufacture with their mass production of fake shoes, but certainly we can be cautious about what we purchase if you are really love Onitsuka Tiger.

The true fact for this shoes as below :

1. This shoes release first on 2012 not 2013
2. Shoes has been SOLD OUT everywhere. Most Thailand seller who selling the authentic one may have this on their floor for sometimes now.
3. Retail price is US $300+ if you got somebody who is telling you that they have overruns stock please DO NOT BELIEVE with any excuse unless you would like to wear FAKE item...

I will show you side by side picture to SPOT the FAKE one. On this case I asked help from my contact in China to get the FAKE picture on RX-78-2 style and model.

Insole should be BLACK color and applied to all color range of Strict G-collection

The emblem on the tongue on FAKE and has 2 colors orange and yellow. Also if you see the shoe lace color is different with Authentic one as below

Shoe lace on this authentic one more like navy blue, also the emblem on the tounge only 1 color which orange color.

Reference on Onitsuka Tiger !!!

I got a lot of questions in regard spotting FAKE shoes.

Some always get repeated over and over, therefore on this post I will be listing FACT on Onitsuka Tiger so you can refer all your concern here first before sending email to me.

I am still willing to answer your questions via blog or email, but it will take sometimes to reply as I get busier these days with my daily work.

FACT :

• Official website for onitsuka tiger is www.onitsukatiger.com meaning no OTHER website that has onitsukatiger attached on their domain are not official.
• If you want check the spec on the shoes please open the following link : www.asics.co.jp/onitsukatiger.  The link is for ASICS japan and you can translate them at google chrome. This website give you product details, origin country of manufacturing and also the detail on release date on some new product that ASICS will be launching in the market. For me this is really informative website.
• I understand that we are shopping around to get best price and good quality product. As I mention each area of the world has they set RRP for Onitsuka Tiger. If you think the price are too good to be True then please re-consider to buy as will be 80% possibilities product that you will buy is FAKE.
• There is no such overruns shoes from Factory/warehouse selling in the market rather than counterfeit shoes. If your seller has a lot of range Onitsuka Tiger with a lot of range of sizes you MUST ask the authenticity of the shoes. I could find some seller in INDONESIA selling original/authentic OT as they made in this country and some insider bring the stock outside selling illegal. This is different case and must be NOTED, but again the size range will be limited.
• I also have review some shoes in my previous listing which they are the popular color in the market. Please take a look my listing and let me know if you still confuse with my explanation and try my best to make them clear for you. I understand as really hard for person that never deal with this shoes just spotting them using picture from online website.
• Last, I am not working for Onitsuka Tiger but I am OT frantic and has large collection of OT which some I selling them to the market as well. I wrote this blog only sharing my opinion and do not want to make a definite argument on how you would like to see OT. Please share your opinion here if you have better way to spot or checking OT base on your own experience. If you trying to testing me please do not do so as again I am only sharing my knowledge and hopefully my informative information can help you to get the "REAL" deal to purchase Onitsuka Tiger. They are really nice shoes with no doubt ...

For sometimes I am wondering on Ebay that they have clear all the seller that selling counterfeit Onitsuka Tiger, but yesterday I saw they all coming back close to Christmas Time.

I am writing this to make aware for all of us and hope you guys find good and real deal.
